Earth LinC

Effective August 24, 2026
Welcome to Earth LinC. Earth LinC is a protocol and platform that allows people to create, continue, and share AI-assisted creations through their own Realm.
By accessing or using Earth LinC, including through AI clients connected through MCP, you agree to these Terms of Service. Two related documents form part of this agreement and are worth reading before you spend anything: the Payment & Refund Policy and the Digital Asset / NaviStar Terms. How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Earth LinC provides a framework where users can establish and grow a Realm of their own.
A Realm represents a user's continuing space for ideas, projects, creations, and relationships within the Earth LinC Protocol. A Station is a human-directed creation that can take form, remain addressable, and continue developing over time.
You must be at least 13 years old to hold an Earth LinC account, and at least 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. If you use Earth LinC on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method and your connected AI authorizations secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@earthlinc.earth if you believe someone else has access to it.
Earth LinC allows users to interact with AI systems, including authorized MCP-compatible AI clients. AI may help users:
Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving AI-assisted creations. AI output can be wrong, and can be wrong confidently — it may state facts that are not true, produce work that resembles something else, or misread what you asked for. Check it before you publish it or rely on it, particularly anything factual, legal, medical, or financial. Earth LinC does not warrant that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose.
Users control:
Users retain ownership of content they create and provide through Earth LinC. Earth LinC does not claim ownership of user-created Stations, ideas, writings, images, or other creative outputs.
To run the service we need a narrow permission from you: the right to store, reproduce, and display your content solely in order to compose, host, and deliver your Stations, and — for Stations you choose to publish — to serve them to the people you share them with. That permission exists only to operate the service, ends when you delete the content, and does not let us sell your work, license it onward, or use it to train models. The permanence exceptions in the Privacy Policy still apply to material already placed on IPFS or on-chain.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Do not put content into Earth LinC that you do not own or have permission to use.
Users decide whether a Station remains private, shared, or publicly available. Publishing is an intentional action by the user.
Note that images behave differently from page content: an image added to a Station is stored on a public network as soon as it is added, before any decision to publish. This is explained in the Privacy Policy, and it is worth understanding before you upload anything sensitive.
Composing, editing, and illustrating a Station spend credits from your account. Credits are purchased through subscription plans, one-off top-ups, and packs.
Three rules govern every charge, and they are not waivable by an assistant acting on your behalf:
Full terms — prices, what is and is not refundable, chargebacks, plan changes, and cancellation — are in the Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
Agents and AI-assisted workflows operate according to user instructions, permissions, and available capabilities. AI systems do not replace human judgment.
When you ask for a Station to be edited, the new version replaces the old one. There is no version history and no undo. The address stays the same; the previous content does not come back. Keep your own copy of anything you would not want to lose.
Earth LinC may provide access through Model Context Protocol (MCP) compatible clients. MCP provides a connection route between authorized AI clients and Earth LinC capabilities.
Connecting a client does not hand it your account. It receives only the capabilities you authorize, it cannot reach Stations belonging to other accounts, and it cannot change your spending limit. You can revoke a connection at any time.
Users may not use Earth LinC to:
Earth LinC may support blockchain-related features or verifiable records. Not all content is stored on-chain.
Where a record is written on-chain, it is permanent and public, and cannot be reversed by anyone, including us. You are told this before the action runs and asked to confirm it separately. The Digital Asset / NaviStar Terms govern these features and form part of this agreement.
You may stop using Earth LinC at any time, and may close your account by writing to support@earthlinc.earth. Closing an account does not by itself refund unused credits — see the Payment & Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where circumstances allow we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right; for serious or repeated breaches we may act immediately. If we terminate an account for a reason other than a breach by you, we will refund the unused balance you paid for.
Earth LinC may update, improve, or modify features over time.
We may also change these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Earth LinC after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you may close your account and request a refund of your unused paid balance.
Earth LinC is provided on an “as available” basis. Earth LinC does not guarantee specific AI results or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only to the extent permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earth LinC and KONG GROUP LLC. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunity, arising out of your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Earth LinC in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred United States dollars.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
You agree to cover the reasonable costs of any third-party claim brought against Earth LinC that arises from content you put into the service, from your breach of these terms, or from your violation of someone else's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief anywhere it is needed to protect its rights.
Before filing anything, please write to support@earthlinc.earth — most disputes are settled faster that way. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this section does not deprive you of the protection of your local law or of the right to bring a claim in your own courts.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Payment & Refund Policy, and the Digital Asset / NaviStar Terms, are the whole agreement between you and us about Earth LinC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
