Earth LinC

Earth LinC respects user control over their creative work, personal context, and AI-assisted creations.
Earth LinC provides a protocol layer where users can establish and grow their own Realm. Through authorized AI connections, including MCP-compatible clients, users may create, continue, and publish Stations within their Realm.
This policy explains what we receive, what we do with it, what leaves our systems, and what you can ask us to change or delete. Two parts of Earth LinC are permanent by design — published images and on-chain records — and those are described plainly in their own sections below rather than buried in a list.
When a user connects Earth LinC through ChatGPT, Claude, or another compatible AI client, Earth LinC may receive information necessary to provide the requested action.
This may include:
Earth LinC only accesses information necessary to perform the requested action. A connected AI client cannot read Stations that do not belong to the authorizing account, and cannot change the spending limit on that account — that setting can only be changed by the account holder, signed in on the Earth LinC website.
Beyond what arrives through an AI client, we collect the following in the course of running the service:
| Category | What it is | Why we have it |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Email address, sign-in method, plan tier | To identify your account and send service email |
| Creations | Stations, briefs, edits, uploaded and generated images | To compose, store, and serve your pages |
| Billing | Purchase and balance history, plan status | To operate the account balance and answer billing questions |
| Wallet address | The blockchain address you connect or that we mint to | Required to issue an on-chain record you have asked for |
| Technical | IP address, device and browser information, request logs | Security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing failures |
We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach Earth LinC's systems.
Earth LinC requires users to have an Earth LinC account and authorize AI clients to access Earth LinC capabilities.
Users control:
AI access is permission-based and limited to supported capabilities. An authorization can be revoked at any time, from the Earth LinC website or from the AI client itself.
Users retain control over the content and creations they create through Earth LinC. Earth LinC does not claim ownership of user-created content.
A user's Realm represents their own continuing space within the Earth LinC Protocol. AI systems provide capabilities for creation and continuation but do not become the owner or source of the user's intelligence.
Earth LinC uses information to:
Earth LinC does not sell user personal data, and does not share it with advertisers. We do not use the content of your Stations to train our own models.
Users decide whether a Station remains:
Publishing a Station is an intentional user action. Private Realm context — your briefs, your edits, your unpublished drafts, and the list of Stations in your Realm — is not made public by Earth LinC.
Images are an exception. When you add an image to a Station — whether you upload it or ask for one to be drawn — that image file is stored on IPFS, a public distributed network, at the moment it is added. It is addressed by a long, unguessable identifier and is not listed anywhere, but it is not access-controlled: anyone who has that address can open the file, whether or not the Station is ever published, and copies may persist on that network after you delete the Station.
Do not add images you need to keep confidential.
Some Earth LinC features write a record to a public blockchain. This only happens when you ask for it, and you are told before it happens that the action cannot be undone.
What goes on-chain is public and permanent by the nature of the technology, not by our choice. It typically includes your wallet address, a timestamp, and a pointer to the associated content. Once written, we cannot edit, hide, or delete it — no one can, including us. This is the one place where a deletion request cannot be honored, and it is why the action is confirmed separately before it runs.
Earth LinC uses appropriate technical measures to protect:
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with a managed cloud database provider. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by law.
| What | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Account and Stations | As long as the account is open |
| Deleted Stations | Removed from our systems within 30 days |
| Closed accounts | Removed within 30 days of the request |
| Billing records | Retained as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically 7 years |
| Security and request logs | Up to 12 months |
| Images on IPFS · on-chain records | Permanent — see sections 6 and 7 |

Depending on where you live, these may be legal rights rather than courtesies — including under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the UK, and under the CCPA in California. We apply them to everyone regardless of location. To exercise any of them, write to support@earthlinc.earth; we answer within 30 days and we will not charge you or degrade your service for asking.
The two limits on deletion are the ones named above: content already published to IPFS, and records already written on-chain. Everything else we hold, we can and will delete.
Earth LinC MCP allows authorized AI clients, such as ChatGPT and Claude, to connect with Earth LinC capabilities. Each AI client operates according to its own privacy practices, and what you type into that client is governed by that client's policy before it ever reaches us.
We use a small number of outside providers to run the service. They receive only what their function requires, and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
| Provider | Used for | Receives |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments and subscriptions | Payment details, billing email |
| Microsoft Azure | Database and hosting | Account data and Stations |
| OpenAI · Black Forest Labs | Text and image generation | Your brief and editing instructions |
| Pinata / IPFS | Image storage and delivery | Images added to Stations |
| Resend | Service email | Email address and message content |
| Optional sign-in | Your email address, if you choose Google sign-in | |
| Polygon | On-chain records | Wallet address and content pointer — see section 7 |
Earth LinC is operated from the United States, and the providers above operate globally. Using the service means your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where the law requires a transfer safeguard, we rely on standard contractual clauses with our providers.
Earth LinC is not intended for children. You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account, and at least 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone below that age; if we learn that we have, we delete the account and its data.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects your rights or how we use your information, we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, so you can close your account first if you disagree.
