Digital Asset / NaviStar Terms

Effective August 24, 2026

These terms govern minting, NaviStars, and anything else Earth LinC writes to a public blockchain. They form part of the Terms of Service.

The one thing to understand first

Minting cannot be undone. Not by you, not by us, not by anyone. There is no cancel, no reversal, and no refund after a mint has been written. You are asked to confirm this separately, in its own words, before it runs — that confirmation is the last point at which stopping is possible.

1What These Things Are

TermWhat it means
MintWriting a record of a Station to a public blockchain
Station tokenThe on-chain record of one Station
NaviStarAn edition of a minted Station — the unit that is given to a person
CastSending a NaviStar of your Station to someone
ReachHow many NaviStars of a Station you are able to cast

A mint opens a Station on-chain and comes with an included number of NaviStars to cast. Additional reach can be purchased. Current prices are shown on the Earth LinC site at the point of purchase.

2What You Own

You keep ownership of your creative work, as set out in the Terms of Service. A mint does not transfer your work to us and does not transfer it to whoever holds a NaviStar.

What a NaviStar conveys is a record and a link: proof that this Station was minted, by whom, and when, together with a pointer to its content. Unless we say otherwise in writing, holding a NaviStar does not grant copyright, commercial rights, or a licence to reproduce the underlying work beyond ordinary personal viewing and sharing.

3Who Holds It

Minting is custodial by default. Unless you have connected a wallet of your own, the token is minted to and held in a wallet controlled by Earth LinC on your behalf. It is recorded against your account, and you can ask for it to be moved to a wallet you control.

Once it has moved to your own wallet, it is genuinely yours — and the consequence of that is that we can no longer help you recover it. If you lose your keys or seed phrase, or send the asset to a wrong address, the loss is permanent and we cannot reverse it. Nobody can. Please make sure you understand wallet custody before asking for a transfer.

4Charitable NaviStars Cannot Be Sold

Some NaviStars are issued through a charitable route rather than a commercial one. A charitable NaviStar is not transferable for profit. This restriction is enforced by the contract itself, not merely by policy: an attempt to sell one will fail on-chain.

Charitable NaviStars may be re-gifted where the interface offers it. They may not be listed, auctioned, or sold. If you are unsure which kind you hold, ask us before you attempt anything with it.

5Not an Investment

NaviStars and Station tokens are commemorative and functional records. They are not securities, not investment contracts, not shares in Earth LinC or KONG GROUP LLC., and not a claim on any revenue, asset, or future product.

We make no representation that any of it has, will have, or will retain monetary value, and we do not operate a marketplace, guarantee liquidity, or support a secondary market. Do not acquire these expecting financial return. Nothing on Earth LinC is financial, investment, or tax advice.

6Things Outside Our Control

On-chain features depend on infrastructure we do not own and cannot direct:

7Everything On-Chain Is Public and Permanent

A mint publishes, irreversibly and to anyone: the wallet address involved, a timestamp, a transaction record, and a pointer to the Station's content and image. It cannot be edited, hidden, or deleted afterwards — including by us, and including if you later close your Earth LinC account or ask us to delete your data. This is the single exception to deletion described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not mint anything you may later need to take back.

8What You May Not Mint

You confirm that you hold the rights to what you mint. You may not mint content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, that uses a real person's name, likeness, or identity without permission, that is unlawful, or that is designed to deceive. We may decline to mint, and may remove a Station from Earth LinC's own surfaces where it breaches these terms — though, as section 7 explains, we cannot remove what is already on-chain.

9Taxes

Any tax arising from acquiring, holding, gifting, or disposing of a digital asset is your responsibility. We do not provide tax advice and do not report on your behalf.

10If Earth LinC Changes or Stops

On-chain records exist independently of us and persist even if Earth LinC changes or ceases to operate. The services around them — hosting, viewing, casting, and the Realm interface — depend on Earth LinC continuing to run, and we do not guarantee they will be available indefinitely. If we plan to discontinue a feature that affects assets you hold, we will give reasonable notice and, where possible, a way to export what you have.

11Payments and Refunds

Payments for mints and reach follow the Payment & Refund Policy, with one difference that overrides everything in it: once a mint is written on-chain it is not refundable, because it cannot be undone. A payment for a mint that never reaches the chain is refunded in full.
