What counts, and whose is it?什么算数?算谁的?

A scope is not a category of pollution — it is a question of control. Who owns the flame, who signs the electricity bill, who is upstream and downstream of you. Get that right and everything else is arithmetic."范围"不是污染的种类,而是控制权的问题:火焰归谁、电费单谁签、谁在你的上游和下游。先把归属分清楚,剩下的都只是算术。

Scope 1Direct直接排放

LOCATION

RULE

Combustion and calcination. 16 g of methane makes 44 g of CO₂ — a factor of 2.75. Boring, abundant, and usually 80–95% of your tonnes.来自燃烧与煅烧。16 克甲烷生成 44 克 CO₂ —— 放大 2.75 倍。平淡、量大,通常占你 80–95% 的吨数。

Why it hurts
These CO₂ molecules come from the reaction, not the fuel. Clean electricity cannot touch them. Clinker alone emits ≈ 0.54 tCO₂ per tonne, about 60% of cement's footprint.这些 CO₂ 来自反应本身,而不是燃料。再干净的电也消不掉。仅熟料煅烧就排放约 0.54 tCO₂/吨,约占水泥总排放的 60%。
