AI and Web3 brought together around human intent, judgment, authorship, and chosen relationships — beginning, always, with a person.
Person and judgment at the centre · AI capability and Web3 records in support · independent Stations stay distinct
About
A protocol that begins with a person
EarthLinC brings AI and Web3 together around human intent, judgment, authorship, and chosen relationships. It is a Human-Centered AI protocol for developing, presenting, and connecting work across different fields. It begins with a person's interests, experiences, and questions. AI can participate in research, composition, interpretation, and interaction, while people establish their purpose and decide which actions they authorize. Web3 can provide verifiable identifiers, signatures, token ownership, and chosen relationship records where implemented; these do not automatically prove copyright, real-world identity, content truth, or permanent hosting.
Station, Realm, X
Station
An independently identifiable unit of thought, work, research, media, or interaction. Stations stand independently or combine like modular pieces while retaining identifiable sources.
Realm
An environment organizing Stations and relationships.
X
An identifiable entity organized around a stated purpose, connecting independent people, work, knowledge, capabilities, and resources across fields without merging contribution ownership.
Four dimensions
Identity
Identifiers and evidence.
Context
Questions, intentions, sources, circumstances and history.
Relationship
Chosen connections.
Knowledge
Works, observations, records and interpretations.
Related clauses
Each theme on this page is treated in full by a clause in one of the three protocol documents. These links open the clause itself.
A link records a source and a chosen relationship. It does not transfer source rights, and token ownership — where implemented — remains a separate matter from the rights held in the source work.
Development and services
Kong Group develops EarthLinC. KONG GROUP LLC provides the current application and services under their applicable terms. Independent participants and organizations retain responsibility for their own work and programs.
Step through the shape of the protocol. Use the buttons, or the left and right arrow keys. Nothing here is a transaction: these states only explain.
A person starts with a question. What they gather and make of it becomes a Station — one identifiable unit of work, carrying its own identity and context.
Two independent Stations can be read together. The combination is new, but neither source disappears: each keeps its own name, attribution, and history.
An X is organized around a stated purpose. It connects contributions — here two Stations and a laboratory's capability — without merging who holds what.
The same contribution can connect with a different X organized around another purpose. Each source and attribution remain identifiable; participation does not itself merge ownership.

Protocol — three documents
The protocol, in three parts
Each part is a separate Station you can open in full — the title opens the document. The short explanations below are summaries, not substitutes.
Identifiers and evidence; questions, intentions, sources, circumstances and history.
Short explanation
Identity answers which entity this is and what evidence stands behind it. Context carries the question that started the work, the intention behind it, the sources drawn on, and the circumstances and history around it. Together they let a Station be cited, revisited and read honestly — without claiming to prove real-world identity or the truth of its content.
Chosen connections, and the entity organized around a stated purpose.
Short explanation
Relationships are chosen, recorded and readable: who connected to what, and on what terms. An X gathers independent people, work, knowledge, capabilities and resources around one stated purpose, across fields — and keeps each contribution's ownership with its source rather than merging it into a pool.
Who decides, what AI may do, and what the infrastructure does and does not prove.
Short explanation
People establish purpose and decide which actions they authorize. AI can participate in research, composition, interpretation and interaction within that authorization. Web3, where implemented, can supply verifiable identifiers, signatures, token ownership and chosen relationship records — which do not automatically prove copyright, real-world identity, content truth, or permanent hosting.
Read these as exploratory propositions. They test ideas and ask questions. They do not demonstrate conformance with the protocol, do not state requirements, and do not replace them. Requirements live only in the three protocol documents above.

Legal & policies — one proposed supplement, four policies in force
Applicable policies and supplemental provisions
A separate document proposes 27 supplemental clauses for how EarthLinC describes identity, authorship, authorization, relationships, services and limits. They are proposed only. They have not been adopted, they are not in force, and they do not change any agreement that applies to you today.
The four policies currently in force remain available in their original form and continue to govern use of the application and services. They are English originals.
The four policies currently in force are linked above in their original form. Existing applicable agreements are not amended here.
