The purpose of a station is not to hold us.
It is to prepare us for Next.
Recently, the 95s and 05s explored Create Stations together — and somewhere in that space, I felt something unexpected: a faint echo of Kandinsky.
What truly moved me wasn't Kandinsky himself — it was the sudden realization that Create Station is about giving yourself and others the capability to move toward the next station.
You may have been discussing AI, creativity, career, or the future. But Kandinsky quietly reminded us of something deeper: a human life is not a search for answers. It is a continuous practice of becoming capable of entering the next question.
"The purpose of my writings — On the Spiritual in Art and The Blue Rider Almanac — was to awaken the ability for spiritual experience in objects and abstraction. This ability is absolutely essential for the future; it makes possible an infinitely rich experience."
— Wassily Kandinsky (1866–1944)「
Four paintings. Four thresholds. Each one a different kind of departure.
A rider crossing a hillside, moving toward the distant horizon. It is almost a literal metaphor for Next Station — motion for its own sake, joy in the going, not the arriving.
→ Every journey begins with a single direction chosen.
Entering a period of enormous change. The visible world begins to dissolve. Colors, lines, shapes start to break free from the concrete — this is what it feels like to leave one station entirely.
→ Dissolution is not loss. It is the first act of freedom.
Considered his greatest work. A peak of abstract art history. The canvas holds everything at once — chaos, structure, energy, stillness — as if arrival and departure have become the same moment.
→ Arrival is often another beginning.
If only one painting could be the cover — it would be this one. In his Bauhaus years, Kandinsky studied point, line, plane, geometry, movement, and spiritual structure. Several Circles is utterly quiet. Utterly pure. Like the universe. Like a star chart. Like the path of a life.
→ Every orbit leads elsewhere.
After entering the Bauhaus, Kandinsky studied the fundamental grammar of visual thought. Several Circles is the purest expression of that inquiry — spheres in orbit, each one distinct, each one luminous, none of them fixed.
Signal → Connection → Planet
Every station changes us.
Every orbit leads elsewhere.
At each station, there is a particular kind of experience — not feeling trapped, but feeling fascinated. At any moment you can be still, can empty yourself out, and then set off again toward the next.
Only change and the unknown hold the fascination that will carry us forward. That is what Kandinsky understood when he painted a rider moving across a hillside toward somewhere he hadn't yet seen.
"The capability to leave one station and enter the next — this is what Create Station gives us."
— H Insights, ONE // For Next Station, 2026Thanks to Earth LinC. One for X → One for Next Station.
"Future Capability —
